Diet Plan:Not eat after 8 pm, dont eat when im not hungry(i do that when i get bored), no "between meals snacks." eat fruit everday
Motivation:Bikini time! I got an awesome bikini from Lord and Taylor and i want to look good. also my mom will probably let me get my belly button pierced :D

Goal Weight: 100
Diet Plan: Eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full. Always make sure I'm eating healthy food (so I won't lose my precious calories to empty calories). And cut portions if necessary. I'll probably treat myself once a week to a burger or something... I'll get my exercise from daily dance classes and PE classes...
Motivation: I'm a dancer and I'd like to drop a few pounds so I could feel more confident about myself. Not to mention, I'm starting high school this fall and I'd like to lose some weight for it.

What a Great Day
Oh the sun came out today. I love the sunshine. I am me again for once I have no headache and I am feeling great.
I have been up since 5:45 this morning started off with some aerobics with Denise Austin than took a walk than came back jumped roped and went for another walk and jumped rope again. Later I plan on going to the track and walking for at least twnety more minutes.
I was ready to throw in the towel a few days ago, but after a few of you told me not I listened and relized I want to do this and I have no other choice. And I did not get fat over night so I will not lose the weight over night.
Today is a great day. God has blessed me greatly. He Blesses me Greatly but today He made the sun shine so I am more blessed. So I am feeling great.
Well I am doing good I think. I saw a picture of me that I taken with my sister last weekend and I see how huge I was I mean I saw what I looked like and that is something I do not want to look like when I go to Maryland this summer with my grandfather. I want to be back in those brand new clothes that I bought before my car wreck. So I am focused and I have to stay on this for me. Noone can do it but me so here I am. I may get on here and post how bad I feel but please encourage me and if you ever need it I will encourage back.
So here I go again starting all over with 70 pounds to lose---like I mentioned I am a big girl I am 209 and I want to be 153 (the weight before the car wreck) If I lose all 70 pounds I will be 139 and that would put me smaller than I was before the wreck. And no complaining here. So this is what I have to do exercise and diet everyday. So starting today I will be getting up at 5:45 every morning to workout and take a walk and jump rope. Start my mornings out right. So that is my plans, anyone have any other suggestions?????????????????????????????

Just one inch
I have lost hope.
I am not seeing results, although I lost one inch sine last week. But I am not feeling nor seeing the results. I feel like a bloated cow. Well one reason is apparent but oh well I am just not feeling this diet thing. I have been exercising but still no results one week I am down five to eight pounds next week I am up three pounds and I am usually up if I diet more so maybe if I diet less I will continue to see the results?
I am in the state of confusion. Where I am ready to hand it in and quit. But each time I walk in to take a shower there are my pants haning up to remind me that I want to wear those brand new jeans.
I want to be 15 pounds lighter in March and my goal in May so I will just exercise and diet everyday and I know I can do it. But this is werid I am not sure, But I am feeling bad for I am not seeing much results with the slim fast anymore or the exercising I am giving up hope.
Oh well good thing there is a section on here where I can post. Thanks for listening to me. Current Mood: confused

Current Weight: 235 (yikes!)
Goal Weight: 145
Diet Plan: Atkins. I started sort of yesterday, more so today. I didn't decide on Atkins until about noon today, so my first full day of Atkins is tomorrow.
Motivation: A couple things. I've reciceved three acceptance letters from colleges so far, and it really hit me that this is my last chance. I want to start college off with a fresh start. Since I'm going far away for college, no one will know me and I don't want them to know me as fat. Also, I got a digital camera for Christmas, and I've been in a lot of pictures, and didn't look so hot. Since I'm going to France for spring break and Spain in the beginning of the summer, I want to look decent in the pictures because it will probably be a while before I go back to those two places.

Diet Plan: My Diet Plans are, to burn more than I take in. I have to think each day every minute of the day to burn more calories than I consume. So I exercise and exercise and exercise as i eat salad and fruit and oe week during each month do the cbbage soup diet. I am also taking in the Slim Fast diet next week. I need and want to be at leat 153 again. Before my car wreck I was 153 than boom car wreck laid up for several guys the weight came on and I gotta get it off.
Motivation: All Things are Possible--Nothing is impossible if You Dream it. Dreaming to lose weight does not have to be just a dream--You can Do It, have Faith in Yourself. Friends are a virtue if you have a good friend thank him or her and support them in every decision that they make. Life is short live it an be happy--

Could anyone possibly explain the technicalities on why the scale says I lost 10 pounds but the mirror doesn't?????

Diet Plan: Well I've already started, about a week ago....so far I've lost 10 lbs. give or take a little....I've REALLY cut back on what I eat...no snacking but if i absolutely HAVE to i snack on fruit....i ONLY drink water and nothing else....crunches, and i also have a membership at a local gym where i run on the treadmill for 15-30 mins. when i get the chance...

Current Weight: 157 [I've been on a diet and I've gone from 175 to 157]
Goal Weight: 120
Diet Plan: Lose 150 to 300 calories a day on Dance Dance Revolution, drink water, and eat nutritiously.
Motivation: I want to be skinny, mainly for the fact that I've lost boyfriends because I couldn't sit on their lap. I'm tired of sucking in and the stretchmarks. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit or a two-piece. And I want to stop wearing big shirts.
So far, I've been on this diet [60 carbs a day] my mother created and it's helped me lose weight. I love DDR and it helps lose calories. I'm trying to reach my goal by the summer. I refuse to go the eating disorder path. Does anyone have any suggestions? Current Mood: determined

Hey everyone. I've decided to join this community simply because I need to get on a strick diet. I always cheat and I don't feel that great about it the next day.

Diet Plan: Cut out most of the junk food and start eating natural foods.
Motivation: I don't like the way my body looks and I want to change. I'm hoping that I can get past my lowest weight of 146.
