Hey everyone. I've decided to join this community simply because I need to get on a strick diet. I always cheat and I don't feel that great about it the next day.

Gender: Female
Height: 5'4
Current Weight: 148
Goal Weight: 135
Diet Plan: Cut out most of the junk food and start eating natural foods.
Motivation: I don't like the way my body looks and I want to change. I'm hoping that I can get past my lowest weight of 146.

cutting out junk food is a good idea. make sure to look at your beverages too. soda is crazy... usually 200-some calories. cutting it completely makes a huge difference
Yeah, I hardly eat healthy but I need to start. ;X And I usually just drink orange juice and this other juice called "Slim Lite" Eh, it's good... But I'm not sure if it's that healthy for me. Overloaded with Potassium.
