Current Weight: 157 [I've been on a diet and I've gone from 175 to 157]
Goal Weight: 120
Diet Plan: Lose 150 to 300 calories a day on Dance Dance Revolution, drink water, and eat nutritiously.
Motivation: I want to be skinny, mainly for the fact that I've lost boyfriends because I couldn't sit on their lap. I'm tired of sucking in and the stretchmarks. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit or a two-piece. And I want to stop wearing big shirts.
So far, I've been on this diet [60 carbs a day] my mother created and it's helped me lose weight. I love DDR and it helps lose calories. I'm trying to reach my goal by the summer. I refuse to go the eating disorder path. Does anyone have any suggestions?
