Diet Plan: Well I've already started, about a week ago....so far I've lost 10 lbs. give or take a little....I've REALLY cut back on what I eat...no snacking but if i absolutely HAVE to i snack on fruit....i ONLY drink water and nothing else....crunches, and i also have a membership at a local gym where i run on the treadmill for 15-30 mins. when i get the chance...
